About Division Won
We are a nonprofit organization based in Northern California dedicated to supporting underserved and underutilized student-athletes. During our first two years, we will focus primarily on our football division, with plans to expand into additional sports, including volleyball and track.
We are dedicated to helping student athletes reach their full potential by providing educational tutoring, classroom support, academic advisory, mentorship, internships, and specialized training. Our organization is committed to making a positive and lasting impact in the lives of student-athletes.
We believe in the power of sports to inspire, motivate, and cultivate essential life skills. Through our programs, we aim to equip youth with the tools to overcome challenges, develop strong leadership qualities, and grow into confident individuals—both in their athletic pursuits and in the professional world.

Meet Our Board

Diego Peralta
Diego Peralta is the visionary founder, president, board member and creator of
Di Vision Won Academy, a Northern California–based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved and underutilized student-athletes. His mission is to ensure that young athletes have the academic support, mentorship, and athletic training needed to reach their full potential—both in the classroom, on the field, court and track.
Through Di Vision Won Academy, Diego provides comprehensive resources including educational tutoring, classroom support, academic advising, mentorship opportunities, internships, and specialized athletic training. His holistic approach focuses on developing well-rounded individuals who excel academically, grow personally, and thrive athletically.
Diego is also the creator of
Squadron 7 Elite, a youth 7v7 football team formed in collaboration with local coaches. Operating under the umbrella of
Di Vision Won Academy,
Squadron 7 Elite offers
student-athletes an elevated competitive experience while reinforcing the academy’s core values of discipline, excellence, and opportunity.
Driven by a passion for youth development and community impact, Diego is committed to creating a standard of excellence for the next generation. His leadership continues to open doors for student-athletes, equipping them with confidence, skills, and pathways to succeed at the highest levels.
Diane Peralta
Diane Peralta serves as the Vice President and Treasurer of Di Vision Won Academy, bringing strong leadership, financial expertise, and a deep commitment to empowering youth. With a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Diane combines her academic foundation with extensive experience gained through her work at the California State Controller’s Office, where she developed a strong understanding of fiscal management, public accountability, and organizational oversight.
In her dual role at Di Vision Won Academy, Diane oversees financial operations, strategic planning, and organizational governance. Her attention to detail and dedication to transparency help ensure that the academy’s resources are managed responsibly and effectively, enabling the program to provide impactful services to underserved and underutilized student-athletes.
Her leadership, integrity, and commitment to excellence play a vital role in strengthening the academy’s mission and supporting the next generation of student-athletes.


Sean Oneal
Sean Oneal serves as the Secretary of Di Vision Won Academy and is an active, valued member of the organization’s board.
Sean brings a wealth of experience shaped by decades of service both military and professional.
Sean began his career as an active duty member of the United States Air Force.
While stationed in Germany, he was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, contributing to critical missions during a pivotal time in U.S. military history. His
Air Force experience instilled in him a deep sense of discipline, responsibility, and teamwork qualities that continue to define his leadership today.
Following his military service, Sean transitioned into the field of biomedical engineering. For the past 25 years, he has served Kaiser Permanente with excellence, applying technical expertise and innovative problem solving to support patient care and medical operations. His long standing tenure is a testament to his dedication, reliability, and mastery of his profession.
Sean is also a proud husband and father of two sons. One of his greatest joys is seeing his boys thrive one of whom graduated from San Diego State University in the summer of 2025. His commitment to family mirrors his commitment to service, community, and mentorship.
Through his role at Di Vision Won Academy, Sean leverages his leadership, organizational insight, and passion for youth empowerment to help guide the organization’s mission. His blend of military experience, technical expertise, and wholehearted dedication makes him an invaluable member of the board and a respected pillar of the community.
Myles Robinette
Myles Robinette serves as Di Vision Won’s legal counsel and is a dedicated active board member of the organization. With 16 years of honorable service in the United States Air Force, Myles built a foundation of discipline, leadership, and strategic thinking that continues to shape his work today. After concluding his military career, he transitioned into business law, applying his commitment to excellence to support organizations and entrepreneurs across California.
Since retiring from active duty, Myles has provided legal guidance to numerous businesses throughout the state, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes, strengthen their organizational structures, and protect their long-term interests. His practical experience and unwavering integrity have made him a trusted advisor in the California business community.
Myles also serves as the Executive Director of Cycles of Success, an organization dedicated to integrating youth into the multimedia industry. Through this role, he helps create pathways for young people to gain hands-on experience, develop creative skills, and build professional opportunities in the rapidly evolving digital space.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Myles is a passionate activist committed to empowering and educating local youth. He is deeply involved in mentoring programs and community initiatives that encourage young people to pursue higher education, unlock their potential, and become leaders within their communities.
Myles’ blend of military discipline, legal expertise, and youth advocacy makes him an invaluable asset to Di Vision Won and to every community he serves.


Lucas Simmons
Lucas Simmons is a Media Director, 3D/VFX specialist, and CEO of Gener8 Media with over 15 years of experience in film production, virtual production, game development, and advanced media workflows. Known for his creativity and forward-thinking approach, Lucas has collaborated closely with the Madden family at Goal Line Productions, delivered keynotes for the Sacramento International Film Festival, and produced dozens of commercials across Northern California. Today, he leads Gener8 Media, Gener8 Racing, and serves as Chief of Marketing for Division Won Academy—organizations united by his mission to blend technology, storytelling, and community impact.

Lucas’ work is driven by a philosophy of collaboration and education. He believes the best ideas are built as a team, where leadership provides the destination and the crew chooses the path. Whether he’s creating cinematic ads, developing Unreal Engine 5 experiences, or partnering with brands like Bobcat Tractors, he approaches every project with curiosity and a “what if” mindset—merging tools and techniques to invent something entirely new. Fueled by a love for creation and a desire to leave the world better than he found it, Lucas is working toward his long-term vision: a groundbreaking virtual education system that accelerates K–12 learning and supports students and professionals around the world.
